Delays caused due to incomplete information or client-side changes are not our responsibility.
6. Revisions & Modifications
Limited revisions may be provided as per agreement.
Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
7. Confidentiality
All client data, project details, and business information are kept strictly confidential.
We do not share or disclose any information without client consent.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the final program ownership may be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to reuse general coding practices and non-confidential logic.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of developed programs.
Clients are responsible for proper use and implementation of the software.
10. Cancellation Policy
Projects once started cannot be canceled without valid reason.
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
